Maintenance and Return Policy
All Marsant's x bicycles come with a 2 year maintenance warranty. All manufacturing defects are the responsibility of the manufacturer. (All free accessories are not covered by the warranty).
Maintenance period and applicable conditions
If a first-time purchaser orders and receives a product from our online store, the maintenance warranty is automatically registered and applies only to the first-time purchaser.
Regarding the transfer of the maintenance warranty, the recipient of the e-bike can only receive warranty service if the following two conditions are met simultaneously:
- If the two-year warranty period has not yet expired since the original purchaser received the product;
- The owner has the name of the original purchaser and the original order number.
Maintenance warranty applicable products
Marsant's X will replace any defective or damaged parts (including damage caused during shipping), but will not cover any parts damaged by user's use. The warranty coverage includes the following products and is subject to the following conditions:
Frame
The warranty period for frame replacement on Marsant's X electric bikes is 2 years.
This warranty only includes replacement of the frame, but does not include any associated labor costs for replacement assembly. Marsant's X will determine whether the frame meets the replacement criteria.
marsant's x reserves the right to use scratch, dimple stock when replacing frames under warranty, and will replace non-stock frame styles/colors with a compatible style/color.
Frame issues not covered by this warranty include, but are not limited to:
- corrosion
- Paint peeling, scratches, impact marks
- Impact damage
- Irreversible modifications (drilling, welding, etc.)
- Frame mounted chain guard (if applicable)

Marsant's X batteries come with a 2 year maintenance guarantee.
During the initial two-year warranty period, customers may repair or replace any defective battery free of charge. The warranty period for battery repair or replacement will be the same as the purchase date.
No cash compensation is offered.
The battery must be evaluated in person by Marsant's X and certified as defective.
This limited warranty does not include:
- Defects or damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, non-normal use (including recreational riding, competition or activities other than those intended for the product), improper storage, non-normal exposure to liquids, chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand or dirt, negligence or non-normal physical, electrical or mechanical stress;
- Defects or damage caused by unauthorized modification;
- Scratches, dents and cosmetic damage, unless caused by Marsant's X;
- Products where the serial number or bar code has been removed, defaced, damaged, altered or rendered unidentifiable;
- Normal wear;
- Product defects or damage caused by use of the product with accessories, products, or peripherals/external equipment not provided or approved by marsant's x;
- Defects or damage caused when assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, assembly, servicing, repair or adjustment is not in accordance with the assembly instructions or user manual;
- Defects or damage caused by external causes such as collision, fire, flood, windstorm, lightning, earthquake, severe weather, theft, blown fuses, or improper use of electrical power sources.
With respect to batteries, this does not include defects or damage caused by the following actions or circumstances:
- Charging using a non-dedicated battery charger;
- Improper use of battery chargers;
- The battery seal is broken or shows signs of tampering;
- If the battery is used in equipment other than that for which it was designed.

Marsant's x parts come with a 2 year warranty (if it has been more than 15 days since you received your bike, shipping charges will be incurred for part replacement).
This limited warranty does not include:
- Parts corroded due to the influence of the external environment (humidity, high temperature, etc.);
- Any damage or deterioration to the surface luster, appearance or aesthetics of the Product;
- The warranty period for frames, forks, handlebars, seatposts, saddles, brakes, lights, cranksets, pedals, rims, hubs, one-way clutches, cassette clutches, derailleurs, motors, throttles, controllers, wiring harnesses, LCD displays, kickstands, reflectors and hardware is only valid for one week after receipt of the goods.
- Labor costs for replacing or modifying parts;
- Defects or damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, non-normal use (including sport riding, competition or similar activities inconsistent with the product's intended purpose), improper storage, improper contact with liquids, chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand or dirt, neglect or abnormal physical, electrical or mechanical stress;
- Scratches, dents, cosmetic damage not caused by Marsant's X;
- Any product where the serial number or bar code has been removed, defaced, damaged or altered;
- Product defects or damage caused by the use of the product with accessories, products, or peripherals/external equipment not provided or approved by Marsant's X.
- Defects or damage resulting from improper assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, servicing, repair, or adjustment;
- Defects or damage caused by external causes such as collision, fire, flood, windstorm, lightning, earthquake, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuses, or improper use of any power source.
- Normal wear and tear due to defects in craftsmanship or materials. Damage due to Marsant's X rating. Parts that are typically not covered under warranty include, but are not limited to:
- Brake pads
- rotor
- spoke
- Tires/Tubes
- chain
- Chainring
- cassette
- Crankset
compensation procedure
1. Repair compensation
All warranty claims must be submitted to Marsant's x and sent to customer@marsantsx.jp. When submitting a repair claim, please submit proof of purchase and photos or videos of the damaged product at the same time. We encourage you to contact Marsant's x at customer@marsantsx.jp before submitting a repair claim, as the problem may be solved in a simpler way. Valid repair claims within two years of initial purchase will be processed by Marsant's x.
A 20,000 yen deposit is required to replace defective displays, batteries, motors, and controllers. This will be refunded once the defective parts are returned.
Note: For EBIKEs with frame numbers starting with P, the three parts other than the battery (display, motor, and controller) do not need to be returned, but shipping charges will apply.
marsant's x will not exchange any parts until we see pictures or videos of the damaged product, please provide evidence via email.
Note: Marsant's X will provide replacement parts for free (but not including shipping cost), but will not bear any assembly costs without the permission of our after-sales service team.
2. Claims for damage during shipping
Occasionally, items may be damaged during shipping. If your item is damaged during shipping, please contact us at customer@marsantsx.jp and provide us with photos or videos.
If the free accessories are damaged during delivery, we will not exchange or compensate you.
Please note: We will not accept shipping damage claims more than 7 days after receipt of the item.
