Track your order

Would you like to track your order? Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from customer@marsantsx.jp that will include your tracking number. Depending on the product you ordered, it may take up to 7 business days for the email to be sent. Once you receive the email, enter your tracking number below to check the status of your delivery.

Your order status will not be updated immediately. If it says the tracking number you entered is currently unavailable, don't worry -- your order has already been shipped and forwarded to your local post office. Tracking information should update within a few business days. Depending on your destination, your order may take 10-15 business days to be delivered.
