What is the refund policy?

If the returned item meets our return policy, we will receive and inspect the item at our warehouse and issue a refund, minus a processing fee, to your original form of payment.

If the refund is still not in your account after 2 business days, we recommend you check with your credit card company or bank. Different financial institutions may experience delays in fund transfer procedures. If you still have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us.
