If you are not registered with our website, you can still track your order using your order number. If you need detailed shipping information, please contact our customer service department. We will respond within 24 hours.

If the logistics order indicates receipt of the goods, but the goods have not yet arrived, please contact us within 3 business days. If you do not contact us within this period, Marsant'sx will not be able to provide support, so please contact the relevant logistics company directly.
