Battery won't charge

First check whether the charger indicator light is normal, and test whether the charger output voltage is 48V or above to rule out charger failure.
If the charger is OK, the fuse in the battery charging port is most likely damaged. Try replacing the fuse at your local repair shop.
If replacing the fuse does not resolve the issue, please contact our after-sales service with the video of the battery not charging, the frame number and the battery serial number.
